 I’m grateful for the opportunity to make an appearance in my sister and friend Erricka Bridgeford’s music video, I Did It. I showed up as part of the visual storytelling and community energy behind the song — one presence among many, each adding something meaningful to the moment.
A soft and simple appearance, but deeply meaningful to be included in a project rooted in healing, resistance, resilience, and truth. 

  In this episode, I share my journey into the wellness industry and talk about why wellness matters so deeply to me. I also explain what Reiki is and how powerful and healing the experience can be. 

 This is a clip from my time on the Charm City Direct Radio Show, an award-winning program that aired on B-Exposed Radio in Baltimore, Maryland. I co-hosted alongside my friends E. Digga, Dee Da Boss, and Ms. Parker as we interviewed local talent, uplifted community voices, and dug into real-world issues that mattered to Baltimore and beyond. Being part of this show was a powerful chapter a space where conversation, creativity, and connection came together in a way that continues to mean so much to me. 

This clip is where it all began for me on The Divas D.I.S.H. Eleven years ago, a friend asked if I wanted to be part of the show, and I said yes. I didn’t question it, I didn’t overthink it, I just jumped. I acted first and thought later LOL and that one yes became the foundation for everything I would go on to create in my media and creative journey. This video is just a brief introduction of my time on The Divas D.I.S.H. the starting point of a chapter that shaped my voice, my confidence, and the path I continue to walk today.
