A Traveling Sanctuary for Meditation, Breathwork and Soul-Centered Healing

House of Aetherra is a traveling, pop-up sanctuary offering guided meditation, breathwork, energy alignment and intimate healing circles across the country and eventually around the world.

Whether held in wellness studios, creative venues, private spaces or retreats, each gathering is designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves and each other in a grounded and intentional way.

All gatherings are guided by Aneesah Morine, a

I bring these modalities together with grounded conversation, intentional dialogue and guided practices to help participants release what no longer serves them, realign their energy and move into a clearer, healthier space within themselves.

Practices designed to center the body, calm the mind and support emotional release and nervous system balance.

A combination of energy clearing, Reiki healing and chakra alignment to restore flow and inner balance.

• Seasonal and Energetic Cycle Workshops
Workshops aligned with moon phases, retrogrades, solstices, equinoxes and natural energetic shifts.

• Collaborative Community Experiences
Co-facilitated circles with yogis, sound healers, meditation teachers, breathwork practitioners and other wellness professionals.

Each gathering is intentionally intimate—typically 10 to 20 participants—to foster presence, connection and genuine transformation.

Many gatherings also include curated beverages from Rebel & Velvet, crafted by Simone Shabre’a.

We are rooted in Baltimore, Maryland and expanding through pop-up gatherings across the country and eventually around the world.
