House of Aetherra is a traveling sanctuary and global movement offering small, intentional gatherings centered on breathwork, meditation, sound, and stillness. It also exists online as a quiet visual space through YouTube, where walking, stillness, and gentle presence are shared with minimal guidance. Across formats, these experiences are designed to support slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and finding clarity in a calm, grounded environment. This is not a space for fixing, processing, or emotional unloading. It is a space to pause, breathe, and be present.
Each gathering is guided with minimal verbal direction and an intentional focus on quiet presence. There is no pressure to share, perform, or explain your experience. Conversation is limited by design so the space can remain centered on stillness rather than stimulation.
House of Aetherra gatherings are held in small groups, typically with ten to twenty participants, and are offered in person, online through Zoom, and through quiet video experiences on YouTube. Some sessions are shorter meditative experiences lasting twenty to forty-five minutes, while others are longer immersive gatherings lasting sixty to ninety minutes. Regardless of length or format, each experience is intentionally paced to support presence and depth without forcing interaction or group processing.
All gatherings are guided by Aneesah Morine, whose role is to hold a calm, grounded container through breathwork facilitation, meditation, sound-based practices, and quiet movement. House of Aetherra is guided, not taught. It is held, not performed.
Rooted in Baltimore, Maryland, House of Aetherra moves where the work is needed, offering gatherings locally, nationally, internationally, and virtually. Rather than operating from a single location, it travels to create intentional spaces for stillness wherever people are ready to slow down.
House of Aetherra gatherings will begin in Spring 2026.
